Hide tells the story of the production of fur clothing, from hunting and killing a fox, to the bad working conditions in the product's manufacture, to the consumer realising where her coat came from by seeing her companion dog lie directly on to the coat. The video highlights the injustices, from the hunting to the employment practices, and closes the gap between companion animals and the wild, or farmed, exploited animals; drawing the question of why do we, and should we, distinguish between those animals who are worthy of love and affection, and those who are not.
